📦 What if something is broken or damaged?

If your item arrives damaged, we will gladly fix the problem! Just follow these easy steps:

Take a video: You must record a video while you open the package for the very first time, showing the damage clearly. (We need this video to prove what happened!)

Get your money back: If your claim is approved, we will send your money back to your original payment method in 5 to 7 business days.

Fabric details: Things like tiny thread pulls or minor weaving variations can naturally happen in fabrics. These are normal and not counted as damage!
Colors can look a little different: Sometimes, phone or computer screens make colors look slightly different than real life. This is normal, too.
Keep it brand new: Items cannot be refunded if they have been worn, changed, or are missing their tags.
Shipping costs: Shipping fees cannot be refunded.
Pay when it arrives: Cash on Delivery (COD) is totally fine to use!
